Job Overview

Candidate shall be responsible for managing field operations responsibilities as assigned by the line manager. This includes liaison with field contractors for onboarding with the company platform. Influence, negotiate and partner with contractors. Manage information collection by carrying out required tasks in systematic manner. We are looking for a streetwise candidate who can effectively influence and manage blue collar workers.Candidates with own motorcycle/transport are encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

· Develop Vendors

· Coordinate with Vendor

· Maintain relationship with the Vendor

· Co-ordinate with stakeholders as required

· Collect all requirements from Vendors

· Complete documentation as per company needs

· Arrange and manage resources as per business needs.

· Any other job assigned by line manager.
