- Develop IT Strategy and budget for company.
- Oversee IT Management, System Development, Technical Support, Vendor Management and all other IT related activities.
- Creating and Managing IT related policies and procedures.
- Procurement and standardization of all IT related hardware and software.
- Develop strong relationship with IT partners e.g. System Plus for Retail Pro.
- Develop an IT Roadmap, R&D for upcoming projects, software and hardware enhancements.
- Recruitment and management of staff working in IT department.
- Following up all complaints of help desk and ensure resolution of complaints.
- Provide direct support for Domain Server, DHCP Server, DNS Server, Print Server, File Server, MSSQL Database Server, Firewall Server, Email Services, and Retail Pro with Oracle Database Server.
- Backing up All MSSQL and Oracle databases.
- Manage, monitor and troubleshoot daily polling for retail stores and warehouse with HeadOffice server to ensure 100% daily completion.
- Project Manager role in implementation of Retail Pro across Pakistan.
- Complete new store installs, including staging and testing equipment prior to shipping, performing on-site installation, supporting the new store opening team to solve issues and get the equipment into production.
- Provide direct support for Retail store systems and applications including Retail Pro, Antivirus, MS Office, etc. This includes keeping retail systems patched to the latest security patches.
- Lead role in training of all retail staff and ensure smooth Transition of retail application (Retail pro) across all outlets of the company.
- Coordinate with vendor and Admin for Installation of Security Antennas, DVR and Cameras.
- Create a data strategy for company.
- Circulate data analysis reports based on requirements.
- Extracting, preparing and sharing month end and fiscal closing reports for finance department.Coordinate with departments and vendor for customize reporting in Retail Pro.
