– To achieve assigned new budget for Country & contribute to the achievement of developed (cross selling) budget

– To assist Country Sales Leader in Producing and executing an annual sales strategy including detailed local market plans

– To produce, engage & manage key prospect relationships - tracked via SFDC and meeting/conversion statistics

– To ensure correct usage of SFDC, TRS and other sales applications, Local Market Planning i.e. prospect lists, SFDC, Marketing (Campaigns), Client Facing

– To attend country monthly sales meetings and follow up regularly with colleagues on sales opportunities

– To implement all best practice of sales & marketing procedures as directed by the Country Sales Leader

– To identify market trends and propose new products/markets
