Following is the JD for Business Development Executive which will be hired for the promotion of our HIS & POS in Pakistan market. We may make changes in JD according to our work requirement and market response.
1 -Marketing of HIS / POS in field (as per assigned field plan)
Daily (Morning / Evening)
2 -Fresh calling to customers to generating inquiries (Tele Marketing)
Daily (Morning / Evening)
3 -Follow ups to convert inquiries into sales to generate revenue
Daily (Morning / Evening)
4 -New Associations (individual + corporate) (Continuous Process )
5 -Marketing Events/Offers/Promotions (Continuous Process )
6 -New Contracts/MOU signed (Continuous Process)
7 -New Joint Ventures (Continuous Process)
8 -Digital Marketing Activities (as per assigned tasks we will take SEO & SMO work assistance from him/her)
Daily (Morning / Evening)
9- Attending the walk-in customers (As per customer visit)
10- Maintain relationship with clients and respond their inquiries (Continuous Process)
11 -Gathering data of all IT inquires received from field in its specific area
(Continuous Process)
12 -Getting Fresh prospecting (Continuous Process)
13- Documentation & Reporting of assigned tasks (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
14 -Meeting the company’s provided targets with in assigned deadlines
(Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
15 -Any urgent assignment from management (Top of the list)
*The ultimate objective of every BDE is to meet the company’s assigned targets and to generate the revenue for company by performing his/her duties sincerely. Performance of every BDE will be evaluated from his/her produced results as per assigned targets with specified products in focus zone.
