Own assigned team sales target and GM

Takes full ownership of the pre-assigned group of corporate/ SME customers and ensures customer needs are met & satisfied.

Develop and attain assigned revenue and profitability targets assigned by the company.
End-to-end customer ownership from pre-sales to support phases and all other customer generated requirements.
Gain maximum customer confidence to facilitate team engagement and sale generation.
Mining new business within organizational portfolio and install-base expansion with customers.
Targeting new customers presenting company portfolio to new target market.
Competitor analysis and in-depth knowledge of market dynamics in area of operability
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
Monitor the sales program on all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets.
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
