Windows forms & WPF development
REST APIs
SOAP APIs

One of SQL server, MySQL or Oracle
Practical experience of clean code principles
Application design best practices
Data structures & algorithms
Unit & integration testing (other than Selenium)
SQL database design
Linux based systems
Automated testing
REST API design (Swagger is a plus)

Any of the following are a big plus:

Telco systems knowledge
Huawei, Cisco IVRs
Asterisk, SIP
Bankings system APIs
IP Softphone app SDKs
CI/CD setups e.g. CodeClimate, CircleCI, Azure AppService
12-factor application concepts
Comfortable with AWS or Azure
MS SQL Server cluster deployment
