Manage and monitor VMs and network running in a virtualized environment.
Manage Team reporting internally and externally.
Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
Monitor network to ensure optimal performance.
Own the process patch management, security, web filtering, asset management etc.
Implement policies around OS updates
Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve problems to maintain clients virtual environment stable
The ability to quickly and accurately diagnose technology problems.
Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
Demonstrate the ability to manage several concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders executing in a matrix environment

Technical Skills & Exposure:

Experience with server management and monitoring tolls like Kaseya and/or any other RMM Tools is a plus
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networks and SNMP based management
Solid in-depth knowledge of Windows environment
Analytical knowledge of Domain services, Domain controller, DNS/DHCP
Willing to work off-hours for weekly maintenance and on-call duties

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Team Work
Ability to work under time constraints and in pressure situations
Ability to efficiently and effectively manage time and carry out tasks.
