Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
We are looking for candidates with following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Have an analytical mind and work well with numbers.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Can generate qualified leads that develop into new customers.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, both internal and external and respond appropriately.
- Can provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Be proficient in all Microsoft programs particularly Excel and Word
- Be flexible and willing to work at night. No time constraints can be catered.
- Be able to think outside the box to find solutions to issues and streamline processes.
Job Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
