We are looking for an Organizational Development Executive for our Night Shift operations . The resource should have atleast 2 years of prior experience in the similar role and able to make organizational improvements across all departments in the company by evaluating and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Not only do plan, coach and consult with individuals and teams to solve organizational challenges. The core job is to work on retention by design and implement training and performance programs. Employee engagement with staff and management would be a key part of the job.
