Appedology is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (Male) for it's evening shift, timings : 3 pm to 12 am.
The resource should be a Team player with excellent communication skills in English.
Should have strong hands-on experience in sourcing for multiple positions.
Should be strong in sourcing candidates from job boards, Linkedin, headhunting, via references campus, etc.
Good at social media recruiting; spend considerable time with the candidates to evaluate them based on their experience, achievements, behavior, cultural and motivational fitment.
Should be responsible from sourcing to onboarding of the candidate.
Should have handled Mass Hiring (independently)
At least 2-year experience of working as an HR Recruiter with a Bachelor Degree
Should have experience in preparing Job Descriptions, based on specific briefs given - Proficient in usage of MS Office tools - Publish recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards periodically

OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive skills ability to meet deadlines, and is solution-driven.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication with proficiency in English
Should be able to handle work pressure
Market competitive salary should be offered to the right candidate. It's a 5 days job with a complimentary transport service.
