We are looking for a dynamic resource for the post of Business Development Executive - Evening shift.

The incumbent must have a proven work experience of atleast 3 years in bidding of web and mobile applications with adequate knowledge of cold calling and leads generation through digital media platforms and freelance portalsIf you are hard-working and have effective communication skills, you will have a bright career with us.

We provide competitive fixed salary handsome commissions along with Provident Fund and Medical Insurance.

Job Brief

Generating business through online freelancing portal likes odesk, elance, freelancer etc.
Candidate should know to write proposals for projects. Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
Should be comfortable in client interaction.
Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company.
Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quartely targets.
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities to build business relationships with current and potential clients.
Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts and coordinating business generation activities.
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks and understanding client needs.
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.
