RESPONSIBILITIES
-Managing inbound calls and forward them to the respective department
-Monitor email and perform verification of insurance companies.
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
-Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
REQUIREMENTS
-Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative for at least a year
-Flexible to work in night shift
-Excellent communication skills
-Monitor email and perform verification of insurance companies
-Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time effectively
