Job description

An ideal candidate should be a pleasant personality with Master Degree in Human Resource. A much focused person with strong networking skills. Preferably with 8-10 Years of relevant experience in the similar industry or position at a senior level.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with stakeholders for multiple departments/projects.
  • Manage a full recruitment cycle, ensuring any/all hirings for all projects are being fulfilled strictly in the given time.
  • Work closely with all HOD’s to develop the short term and long term hiring needs for advance planning.
  • Dealing with our CTO on technical resources hiring and improve technical industry knowledge with a general comprehension of relevant tech skills, target companies, and university sources.
  • Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
  • Design, develop and implement specific HR programs, including talent, succession planning, employee mobility, and career development.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Maintain and updated all HR policies and procedures in a timely manner.
  • Over see company's Social Media and to ensure smooth on boarding of employees.
  • Oversee current HR files and databases, employee benefits, employment status, and similar records and Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
  • Draft and implement HR policies
  • Responsible for implementation of HR Policies, Staff Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, KPI.
  • Responsible for the Compensation and benefits and payroll process of the company.
  • Create and maintain a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
  • Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with

Requirements:

  • Master Degree in HR
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent command on MS office
  • Well groomed personality
  • Proven record of Technical and BPO Recruitment
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Extrovert personality
  • Experience in working with Health Insurance vendors
  • Good market research skills to identify salaries / packages / perks of JDs in industry
  • Extensive experience in recruiting within the Software Industry and BPO.
  • Extensive network to reach potential candidates.
  • Minimum bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field with majors in HRM.
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience of working in senior positions in the human resources, preferably as the HOD.
  • Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership skills including communication, delivery of results.
  • Must have strong computer skills and Headhunting Skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to proactively identify target markets, key skill sets.
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with dynamic situations.
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment agency highly preferred. ·
  • Experience working in IT or BPO industry. 
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, strong people skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to negotiate and close deals;
  • Excels in both oral and written communication and is proficient with Microsoft Office
