Technical Project Manager should have a strong PHP development background and should be proficient with professional project management. Requirements:

Experience in design and development of web and mobile applications in core PHP
Strong expertise in various PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Zend, Symphony, etc.
Solid work experience in AJAX, XML, AngularJS, and jQuery
.Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS3.
Should have strong knowledge in various databases like MYSQL/ Postgres
Knowledge of various project management tools like Jira, Trello, etc
Solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes
Expert knowledge to meet specific circumstances
Proven project management and self-management skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to monitor and control project timelines.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
