Candidate must be responsible for the overall functioning of Admin and HR at field level.
Candidate must maintain the records all incoming and out-going letters, documents and Parcels.
Convey all the required instructions and policies of the organization to the staff and the views of the regional staff to the leading body.
Monitor administrative aspects of the office/staff and evaluates discipline and punctuality of the staff to the assigned tasks.
Maintain the record of attendance on daily bases, keep the leave record of staff and share it with Administration of the office at the end of the month.
Make sure that all the documentation of Employees is kept when new recruits are hired.
Candidate must be responsible to supervise the work, related to purchase of furniture, office equipment, computers, cars, motorbikes, and air conditioner and miscellaneous.
Must have the ability to deal with all the service providers of office and maintain the record of monthly utilities.
Candidate should not hesitate when he is sent for field work.
Candidate must have good communication with the clients through email and phone calls.
