Provides admission-related information to students and parents.
Receive Continuation and Transfer forms from the students, gets clearance from Program Coordinator and VP Academics and forwards to the record office.
Prepares admission letters & orientation kits for successful candidates.
Provides support in filing and maintaining data, preparing list of admission cancellation, helping in designing and developing all promotional material.
Assisting Manager Admissions in programs promotion and advertising activities, participating in education fairs, and education expos for promotion of the Aptech Pakistan program.
Collection & distribution of registration forms, examination forms, results, degrees of/for University of London.
Advising students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, fee structure, certificate course form collection, seeking approval of Manager
Preparing bonafide letters, visa letter, maintaining continuation and transfer statistics, updating profile of continuation students and assigning registration number.
