Sales Representative Responsibilities include:
· Must have knowledge of construction material
· Selling construction material and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
· Demonstrating and presenting material products
· Establishing new business
· Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
· Maintaining accurate records
· Reviewing sales performance
· Negotiating contracts and packages
· Aiming to achieve monthly targets
· Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
· Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
· Prompt respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
· Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
· Gather market and customer information
· Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
· Check the quantities of goods in stock
· Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
· Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and manager
· Record sales and order information, sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
· Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
· Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues

Education, Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, or business administration preferred
· At least five (5) years of industry sales experience with proof
· Proven work experience as a sales representative
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Transport:
· Must have own bike
· Marketing area will be assigned by the Sales Manager
