Sales manager is responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.

Sales manager primarily tasks with hiring and training team members, setting sales goals, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.

Sales manager is oftentimes expected to travel as per Company’s working demands.

The job is based on setting up a strategy to find latest prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers, the focus of the market is related to Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) services to Consumers, and Corporate Clients, Facility Management Clients i-e Building, Offices, Commercial Organizations, and MEP Services for Newly Constructed Building.

Job Description:

  • Responsible to explore business leads of Consumer Marketing related to MEP Clients, Technology Partners, MEP fit-outs and Facility Management
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and ensure to Meet sales goals of the Company.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results to higher Management.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and ongoing training of salespeople.
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and services knowledge education.
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implementation.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting Clients’ relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Keep in continuous coordination with potential and existing Clients on the phone, by email, and in person to keep them intact with Company’s Services and Products.
  • Responsible to supervise the quotes and proposals to the Clients for generating the leads.
  • Responsible for 100% Recovery of payments from Clients on regular basis in liaising with Finance Department
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Adherence of the decisions taken out in regular sales team meetings.
  • Any other Tasks assigned by the Top Management.
