Keep a regular follow-up for payments from the clients on monthly/weekly/daily basis.

Prepare status report on monthly/weekly/daily basis of pending payments and discuss with Team Lead Marketing for further course of action.
Liaison with concerned Team Lead Marketing or Marketing Specialist for sample delivery at client end.
Keep regular follow up with client for sample delivery.
Coordinate with clients for income tax and withholding tax certificates and update Associate Head Marketing or Team Lead Marketing.
Keep all the marketing related record properly maintained and updated.
