Assist Head Quality Assurance in developing Quality acceptance criteria with allowed deviation rates for all the incoming raw materials and technical items as and when required.
- Keep on updating quality acceptance criteria for existing and new products/material as soon as the specification requirements change.
- Receive assessment of customer’s quality requirements from Head Quality Assurance and ensure to implement quality procedures accordingly.
- Assist Head Quality Assurance in developing and implementing proper Quality Assurance system at ARCO by introducing inspection from raw material to finish goods.
- Assist Head Quality Assurance in selection of raw material, master batches and supporting chemicals for regular trials and mass production.
- Liaison with Head Quality Assurance for Research and Development on polymeric material and statistical process control implementation to enhance productivity.
- Assist Head Quality Assurance in designing, simulation, implementation and training of QA staff on new projects.
- Assist Head Quality Assurance in implementation of ISO 8611 for product certification.
- Assist Head Quality Assurance in developing and updating quality operations manuals.
- Liaison with QC specialist to develop product technical data sheets.
- Designing of test methodologies for product release and mass production to categorize product functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Assist Head Quality Assurance in development of database of products and material on the basis of tests performed for product design analysis and improvement.
- Carry out the all required tests in labs at the time of sampling, pre-production runs and in bulk production.
- Ensure that cleanliness is maintained in Lab.
- Ensure that the capability and capacity of the lab is maintained and give suggestions for further improvement and enhancement.
- Effectively coordinate for lab equipment calibration for ensuring that the tools and testing material are as per the recognized standards.
- Ensure that the records of the entire tests performed in the lab are maintained properly in the Lab.
- Assist Manager QA in developing lab management system based on ISO/IEC 17025.
- Develop lab system procedures based on ISO/IEC 17025.
- Assist Manager QA in implementing Lab polices and system procedures.
- Ensure effective implementation of lab system procedures by maintain records related to ISO/IEC 17025.
- Assist Manager QA in implementation of Standard Test Methods (STMs) and Work Instructions (WI) for all tests in both sections in QA Lab.
- Ensure close liaison and coordination with Management Representative (MR) to ensure proper management of equipment.
- Ensure Master list of equipment is updated and maintained and all equipment are tagged as per the procedure.
- Issuance and safe keeping of user manual of equipment.
- Updated and maintain equipment log books and calibration data.
- Ensure preventive maintenance plan of equipment is properly followed.
