· Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounts department including ;

- Daily, monthly and yearly closing ;

- Maintenance of books of accounts including general ledgers and trial balances according to international accounting standards;

- Working and scheduling of receivables and payables with age analysis;

- Cash receipts, bank receipts, cash payments and bank payments;

- Sales reconciliations and reporting;

- Monthly Payroll and utilities;

- Budgeting and cash forecasting;

- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis;

- Capital assets reconciliations ;

- Fixed asset activity and maintenance of registers as per required under laws;

· Monitoring and analyzing monthly and yearly accounting data and produce financial reports or statements including ;

- Balance sheet;

- Profit and loss account;

- Cash flow statements;

- And any other reports required by the Finance Director;

· Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles ;

- Coordinate and complete yearly audits ;

- Provide recommendations ;

- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions ;

- Meet financial accounting objectives and budgets of organization;

- Establishing and maintenance of fiscal files and records to document transactions;

- Maintaining Tax and Legal records of the company
