We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Audit / Assurance to join our team

.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and assurance services, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the latest accounting and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit and assurance projects, including financial statement audits, internal audits, and special audits
Supervise and mentor a team of junior auditors and provide on-the-job training and guidance as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide high-quality services
Plan and execute audits in accordance with relevant auditing standards, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement to clients
Stay up-to-date on the latest accounting and financial reporting standards and regulations, and ensure that the team is aware of any changes that may impact audit work
Ensure that all audit work is performed in accordance with the highest ethical and professional standards
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations of audit findings and recommendations

Requirements:-

CA / ACCA / ACMA Qualified
At least 3 years of experience in audit and assurance services, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality work
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
