Customer Support Representative - E Commerce

Arino a growing E-Store is in need of highly talented and well-experienced person (male) to fill the post of E-Commerce Customer Care Representative.

Role & Responsibilities:

Receive voice, chat and e-mail interactions and initiate prompt and relevant response
Route call, answer, or make notes to follow up
Obtain information necessary to process orders
Work with Account Managers, Technical Support, and Sales Staff to ensure customer’s questions are resolved
Handles inbound inquiries in regards to sales support, technical support, basic product and service questions
Record all customer interactions and ensure that all questions/queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Obtain customer feedback information to improve our customer’s experience
Interact and communicate order fulfillment issues and/or requests with our supplier and vendor partners
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Other Qualities:

Excellent attention to details is a must- Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to correctly calculate figures and amounts
Excellent telephone skills
Good understanding of e-commerce business and tools
Experienced in using internet-based chat, instant messaging and related communication tools- Excellent written and verbal communications
Must be proficient in typing quickly and accurately
