Three Position are available for different departments:

Technical Writer

Manage the on-time delivery of new business and defensive proposals (Financial and Technology) from start to finish.
Financial Schedule and lead kick-off meetings, focusing on learning about the prospect/client, establishing win themes, and providing clear direction for the next steps for successful project completion.
Create a proposal delivery timeline and clear expectations for sales and proposal team’s response.
Populate proposal from boilerplate content maintained in the RFP database.
Research prospect and customize boilerplate content to address the prospect’s industry, challenges, and culture.
Write executive summaries, financial analysis, create financial chart/graph, as needed.
Proactively participate in developing new content for use in proposals.
Work with subject matter experts to create and update written content.
Collaborate with the internal creative team to create new graphics.
Maintain and leverage the resources of the proposal management/database system.
