- Will suggest improvement and development in Quality Control to Sr. Manager Technical (QC).
- Monitor the performance of Foreman Cutting, Upper Closing, Lasting, moulding and finishing (Quality Checker) as per given specification.
- Will ensure quality management system must function smoothly which consist of a set of basic rules and guidelines applicable in area such as sales, design &development, purchasing, process quality control, inspection, continues improvement, training and customer relations and satisfaction.
- Will be overall responsible for plan and execution with regard to the best quality control of the product.
- Identify the process needed to meet customer requirement and their application through the organization.
- Establish the sequence of the operation and ensure implementation.
- Will improve the sequence of the processes as and when required.
- Determine measurable criteria needed to ensure that each process can be measured and proven effective.
- Provide the resources and information required to support the operation monitoring and continuous improvement in the process.
- Measure, monitor and analyze the processes with continues improvements to achieve best possible output of end product..
- To create and maintain healthy environment in quality control system and inter- department harmony.
- Ensure that all items are manufactured according to the specification given by the buyers (in case of Army Boots DMS as per Army Boots specification) .
- Will be overall responsible for production and quality control.
- Will ensure minimize wastage of all materials during production.
- Will issue guidelines to all quality control staff time to time and ensure harmony and discipline in Quality Control Section.
- Will inspect all material supplied for the given product.
- Will ensure dispatch of store/sample according to specification/demand of user.
- Will inspect 100% product before packing.
- Will give daily progress to Sr. Manager Technical (QC) about given production.
- Any additional responsibilities as assigned by the management as and when required.
