Responsible for developing and implementing Askari Air Pakistan’s human resources business plan
Knowledge of aviation policies, procedures and systems use to maintain aviation personnel standards
Devising training & development initiatives in the organization
Compliance with employment legislation , labour laws governing the aviation sector (standard and regulatory procedures to be adhered to)
Designs, directs and manages a companywide process of organizational development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior work force development, keen employee retention, workforce turnover and change management
Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, pre-employment checks orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; resolving problems; implementing change related to aviation sector
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and activities
Facilitating and providing advice to CEO in HR matters
Manage hiring practices, including recruiting and selection relating to the aviation industry
Establishing short- and long-term goals
Identify opportunities for improving, developing and conserving human resources
Structure competitive compensation & benefits packages
