Maintaining the record of Operating Licenses All provinces
Marketing Telephonic Calls
Organizing and hosting presentation and customers visits
Maintaining of record Bids Security, Ernst Money, Performance bonds and relevant letter required for the tender
Preparation of tender bidding documents and timely submission
Keep the record update as per the contracts /bids /quotations
Keep the record updated of regional Marketing activities and apprise seniors in this regard (ready reckoner maintaining)
Assist MBD for renewal of contracts and maintaining of contracts lists
Ensure revision of contracts in time
Preparation of Technical proposals
Printing, scanning and filling of documentations
Monitor advertisement through social media
Conduct market research and emailing introductory letters, company profile to determine market requirements for existing and future clients
