SCOPE:

To assist the FSS in raising the visibility of the company by carrying out an effective marketingand communications plan in order to:

Attract new Clients across the country after perfect positioning of company image in the mind of those clients.
Publicize the strengths of the company’s security guards.
Promote the profile of the security guards and company as a whole to external clients.
Ensure that recovery is maximized and arrears are kept to a minimum.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To plans and directs all aspects of an organization's marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives.
To plan, develop and deliver marketing / promotion campaigns as agreed within time scales.
To assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
To identifies changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluates,adjusts, or redrafts the organization's marketing plan and philosophy accordingly.
To support the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally.
To contribute to annual sales and marketing plan.
To make presentation for the CEO for BoD briefing.
To create and develop ways to communicate the company’s message to their existing customers.
To manage and control all matters relating to delinquent accounts by constantly executing collection and recovery procedures and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to ensure full recovery.
Highlights credit failures (if any) to identify ways of improving the credit approval process.
Ensures remedial action is taken when required to keep performance in line with business objectives
Perform administrative work or other job functions related to collections and recoveries.
To monitor accounts daily effectively in line with approved collections strategy.
