Responsible for managing & supervising HR, Admin, Maintenance, development work and other activities of AWT Plaza Karachi

Responsibilities and Duties

To manage and supervise all maintenance related activities of AWT Plaza Karachi including electricity, air conditioning, water supply, lift operations, garbage disposal management, control & security and allotment of parking space and etc.
Personnel management of AWT Plaza Karachi
Liaison with all internal and external stakeholders including tenants, walk in clients, K-Electric, Cantonment Boards, Tax Offices and other agencies etc
He will be responsible for all expense & budget management, issuance & collection of bills, recoveries and maintaining up to date books of accounts
He will be in charge of control and security affairs of AWT Plaza.
