Responsible for Quality Assurance/Final Inspection, Fit and Manufacturing Operations Management.
Work with Top Management to develop the company's manufacturing strategy then direct, communicate, and execute it effectively across the organization
Collaborate actively with the Product Development Manager to ensure correct factory allocation, taking into account cost, development ability, lead time and capacity.
Define and manage manufacturing initiatives aimed at improving process, quality, speed to market, and reduction of costs through lean manufacturing where appropriate
