Arpatech is looking for Telemarketing Officer for one of its venture Tazamart.

Job Description:

Place phone calls to potential and existing customers
Generate sales lead
Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Skills:

Minimum 1 year’ experience in sales/telemarketing (lead generation preferred)
Excellent phone manner and articulation
Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
