We, Arvelon, are a skin care start up, with a simple vision of reforming the cosmetic industry of Pakistan through the use of safe and effective beauty products, specifically tailored for the needs of South Asian skin. Customer Service is one of the key pillars of our business and we are currently hiring Customer Support Officers to build our in-house team, which shares our passion for creating the best possible experience for every customer and positively engaging with them in every possible way.

Our office is based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with customer queries including but not limited to: product information, order booking, order changes, extenuating circumstances etc.
Making relevant CRM entries.
Dealing with customer cases in a professional manner and using CRM to track cases with the goal of maximizing customer retention.
Communicating with potential customers on Facebook, Whatsapp and phone to generate sales, while using upselling and cross selling tactics to maximize revenue.
Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per targets assigned

What we are looking for:

Minimum Undergraduate degree
3+ years of customer supoort experience , involving high volume of customer calls and messages.
Excellent spoken and written English
Good telephone manner
Strong interpersonal skills with a vibrant personality
Experience using CRM
