ASHARYS is looking for an After Sales Manager who will:

provide after-sales service support to customers, such as the installation, maintenance and repair of the sold products.
The applicant must have technical knowledge regarding kitchen and home appliances
They will take corrective actions to ensure customers' satisfaction, resolve technical product-related issues and write customer summary reports.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organization, leadership and problem-solving skills are required;
excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications;
effective oral and written communication skills; and skills in fiscal management and budget preparation.
He/she must be flexible, goal-oriented and highly organized; and must be able to investigate and analyze problems, make sound judgments and solve problems in a timely fashion.
