We’re looking for a candidate who will take a lead in creating new marketing and sales opportunities for real estate projects. Adopting a consultative approach to promotion and marketing, and using their expertise to discover and qualify that will result in more conversion opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Manage complex negotiations with top-level executives
- Build and establish long term relationships with clients
