Overview:

We are a development company based in Lahore seeking a capable candidate to work as a PA to the Owner of our company. This is a great opportunity for capable individuals with positive attitude to prove themselves and grow.
Your role will be of a PA to the Owner of our company
. You will be working directly under the Owner, assisting them with their day-to-day business and personal activities.
Your job will include wide ranging duties such as bank runs, keeping notes, scheduling and setting up meetings and assisting with miscellaneous work.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Acting as a first point of contact to represent the owner.
Scheduling, managing and organizing meetings and appointments for them.
Creating agendas and producing all documentation required for the meetings.
Managing all business related communications on behalf of the owner. This will include writing letters, taking phone calls, responding to texts/e-mails etc.
Searching the market for required solutions for the company.
Special projects or other duties as assigned by the owner.

Requirements

Must hold a bachelor’s degree
Must be bilingual (English and Urdu)
Should be able to ride a bike or drive
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Positive and professional outlook
Ability to multi-task
Proficient computer skills
