The platform’s unique blockchain protocol allows users the ability to send virtual gifts to content creators, which can then be exchanged for money.Currently Uplive has over 100,000 broadcasters and over 60M downloads worldwide and is available in over 100 countries.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Follow operation and marketing strategy and plan in alignment with Uplive India and Uplive Global strategy.

* Partner with local to set local policy and manage indian content.

* Responsible for indian contents’ quality and quantity .

* Coordinate with relevant internal parties to make sure the key performance metrics are met

* Build friendly relationship with host and agency to ensure the stable content resource.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

* Experience in live streaming industry, Short video content industry or other entertainment related company is preferred

* Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities

* Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail

* Strong communication skill* Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
