Responsibilites:
- Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager to drive, plan and execute digital marketing plans in line with business strategies to maximize conversion or develop buyer community across business segments along their sourcing journey
- Plan, manage and implement marketing campaigns within budget and on schedule to achieve target metrics/KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies to create result-driven campaigns and optimize user experience, as well as excellent content production across different channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, event marketing, email marketing
- Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns including actionable insigts for enhancement and optimization of communication.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations based on competitive reviews, learnings, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 4-year University with a bachelor's degree inmarketing, business, or equivalent
- At least 5 years and/or above relevant experience. Familiar with Oracle, Salesforce, Marketo, etc is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics/Webtrends/Adobe Analytics/Salesforce/UTM parameters or equivalent)
- Highly driven and results-oriented work ethic with strong analytical skills
- Good command of English
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior specialst role.
