Asian Inspection Services looking for an HR Executive to support our Human Resources department.

Job Description:

Maintaining employee records,
Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
Maintains Time management.
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and days off.
Assist in payroll management, preparation, and payment.
Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
Assist in recruitment in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
Create reports for senior management.
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.

Requirement:

Minimum Graduation from a reputable institute. (HR degree will be preferred)
Good in MS office
Good communication skills
Experience 1-3 years on similar role
