1-Social Media Account Management:
- Looking after all social media marketing campaigns actively
- Keeping regular check on digital agency
- Being a coordinator between the agency and the department
- Replying to customer queries on regular basis
- Forward leads received through email / social media to concerned segments and maintain MIS for the same
- Coordination with digital agency on development and approval of artworks and content for social media marketing campaigns regularly
2-Managing Content of Official Website
- Coordinator between ITG and other departments for content upload/removal on website and ensuring accuracy
- Other necessary updates/removal of the content from website
- Maintaining record of all update activities on website
