To maintain and keep record in Peachtree.
Correct preparation and posting of all kind of financial transactions.
Follow up of salary disbursement in time.
Vetting daily cash payment voucher, general vouchers, bank payment vouchers and checking their posting to ledgers/ computerized accounting software.
To ensure accounts are maintained as per Company’s SOP.
Assist Internal Auditor to conduct audit and ensure in providing required books of accounts and documents.
Compile and submit reports and returns i.e trial balance report, aging report, bank balance report and all other finance related reports to Head Office AGL as and when required.
Checking/vetting of Final Settlement of Accounts.
Maintenance of books of accounts all types.
Posting in subsidiary ledger.
Preparation of schedules from subsidiary journal
Maintenance of budget register.
Entry of regional office minute sheets in budget register and point out any deviations / variance from budget.
Keeping proper record of vouchers in proper files.
Proper filing of all transactions, correspondence.
Maintaining Account Books /Ledgers.
Maintaining Imprest Account.
Maintaining Collection Account.
Maintaining record of Provident Fund.
Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.
Variance Analysis of Income Statement.
Financial Analysis of existing and new clients.
Any other task assigned by the management in line with basic responsibilities.
