Manage overall operations of the store e.g. customers services, inventory, display management, visual merchandising, staff training and evaluation
Responsible for profitability of the store
coordinate with marketing team for effective implementation of marketing strategies
To manage stock level and making key decision in order to avoid excess or shortage of inventory
Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers
Properly checking of shelf and window and display items as instructed by management
Properly checking of inventory
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
Gathering market and customer information
Checking the quantities of items on display and in stock
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Reviewing sales performance
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
Demonstrating and presenting products to customers
