The majority of your responsibilities include
a) Communicating via phone and email with the company CEO as well as hospitals, health insurance companies, and customers,
b) Updating internal software/systems to ensure all claims processes are up to date and
c) Reviewing internal systems to ensure the team is organized and nothing is "slipping through the cracks."
