In this role, organization, analytical, and execution skills are of the utmost importance. Your value as a teammate will be from making sure

1) Nothing slips through the cracks,

2) Various appeals processes stay organized, and

3) You perform your job accurately with exceptional attention to detail.

The majority of your responsibilities include

a) Communicating via phone and email with the company CEO as well as hospitals, health insurance companies, and customers,

b) Updating internal software/systems to ensure all claims processes are up to date and

c) Reviewing internal systems to ensure the team is organized and nothing is "slipping through the cracks."

Responsibilities:

Communicate daily with the company CEO
Rapidly learn about the United States healthcare and health insurance market
Communicate, via phone and email, with health insurance companies, doctor offices, patients, and hospitals
Track the progress of tasks constantly and bring it to management's attention when a "ticket" / task has gotten behind schedule
