We are looking for a motivated HR and Organizational Development professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Human Resource Management along with a thorough understanding of Quality Management Standards such as ISO 9001. This role focuses on managing personnel documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting the overall HR and compliance functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel-related documentation including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
- Clearly explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees and job applicants.
- Record and update employee information such as addresses, absences, supervisory performance reports, and termination details.
- Maintain thorough documentation of compliance activities, including complaints and investigation outcomes.
- Prepare and file compliance reports with relevant regulatory agencies as required.
- Conduct or oversee internal investigations related to compliance issues.
- Identify compliance matters that require follow-up or further investigation.
- Distribute written policies and procedures related to compliance activities throughout the organization.
- Perform periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure adherence to compliance procedures.
- Provide training to employees on company policies and compliance procedures.
- Verify that all company and regulatory policies and procedures are properly documented, implemented, and communicated.
- Engage with management and employees to discuss emerging compliance issues, ensuring awareness and proactive management.
- Stay updated on industry changes, trends, and best practices, assessing their impact on organizational processes.
- Advise internal management on the implementation and operation of compliance programs.
- Collaborate with corporate attorneys when addressing complex legal compliance matters.
- Lead the development and implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resource Management, Master’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent diploma.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Standards such as ISO 9001 or equivalent is essential.
