We are a listed Company, looking for a responsible Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Responsibilities will entail assisting on Corporate Governance related matters as well. Ability to work independently and with least amount of supervision Job Responsibilities Include:
• Administer phone calls and correspondence • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Maintain office filing system
• Manage any other work assigned Requirements/Qualification
• Proven work experience as a personal assistant preferably in a listed Company
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Experience in corporate Governance related matters will be considered as an advantage.
