The role of administrator involves a great deal of multitasking. Working with teams, overseeing the operations within Company. Managing groups, coordinating with management and engaging in planning according to the needs of Company.

To plan, organize, and administer the activities of production facilities.
Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
To establish and maintain an organizational climate that encourages the development, retention and a high level of morale among personnel.
Deciding what resources are required, setting up quality standards, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules accordingly.
Working with different departments to implement the Company’s policies and goals.
Supervising and motivating a team of workers for better productivity.
Reviewing performances and identifying areas of improvements among workers.
Keeping immediate supervisor informed of activities of the unit, particularly of major or unusual developments.
To recommend the budget for division within limitations established by the Higher management.
Providing communication systems by identifying needs, evaluating best options, maintaining equipment, approving invoices.
Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
