CRM is focused on building relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met, they are satisfied with the services provided by the company.
Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of the clients.

Qualification and Skill Set:

Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several jobs at one time
