-Track employees HSE performance, conduct pre-job assurance reviews.
- Conduct safety meetings and perform Safety audits and inspections
- Support and undertake incident investigations.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis, Health and Safety Hazards Analysis and Environmental aspects and impact analysis.
- Monitor and maintain data and information statistics on HSE activities and incidents trends.
- Visit the different project sites for monitoring and inspection of HSE activities as per instruction of Head QHSE.
- Liaise and coordinate with site management, employees and external stakeholders to effectively manage injured workers and claims to minimize negative impacts.
-Take ownership of Company`s QHSE policy and core operating values
-Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced
-Recording of incidents and accidents and producing statistics.
