Job Description
- Make outbound B2B calls to promote and sell the product/service.
- Consolidate existing customer base while building a new customer base
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve
- This is not a cold calling job and target base job.
Job Specification:
- An individual has the ability to read, write, and speaks English fluently with a good American or Neutral accent “ONLY”.
- Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
- Possess Knowledge of Call Centre Operations
- Must be flexible to work in shifts
- Excellent communication skills
Qualification:
O-Level / A-Level / Intermediate / Bachelors/Masters.
Skills: Fluent In English (Sales Abilities/Direct Sales)
