Athar & Co.is looking for presentable and persuasive Sales Executives to be responsible for generating business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients through quality service.
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities by identifying prospects and analyzing sales options.Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
- Meet monthly sales revenue targets.
- Develop, implement, and maintain sales records, activities and plans.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding team call volume and sales.
- Maintain and identify improvements in service by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
- Candidate must have knowledge and experience about freight forwarding industry.
- Ability to research, conducts cold outreach, and creates new opportunities.
- Proficient in English.
Skills:
- Have a consultative sales approach.
- Good presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Patience, persuasive, persistent.
Age Limit: 40 years
Salary: market competitive and will be decided after the interview.
