Requirements

Communicating with the clients and customers of the company through emails, meetings, calls and live website chat.
The candidate should be confident, presentable and should have excellent lingual (English) and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
Attending meetings with clients to build relationships. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
Achieve the communicated efficiency benchmarks & maintain discipline & integrity in line with regulatory requirements.
Handle customer queries & complaints efficiently.
Preparing Tenders, Quotation and Proposals
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
